In Store Pick Up
In store pick up is available Monday - Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm.
Most orders can be fulfilled same day if the product is in stock. If it is not, then the order can be fulfilled within 24-48 hours, depending on the product.
The customer will be contacted when order is ready via email or phone. Please make sure that you specify if you prefer email or phone contact and provide the corresponding contact information.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Method
All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight, with a starting rate of $5.40. Please note that this rate is subject to increase depending on the total weight of your order.
Seasonal Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship candles and wax melts from May to September. Due to our location in Arizona, we cannot guarantee that these products will not melt during transit.
Holiday Orders
To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by December 15th.​
Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enableusstudio@gmail.com
